Which payment methods are supported?

Arkchu supports a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

1. Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, JCB, Maestro, Visa Electron, Cartes Bancaires, and Klarna. Rest assured, your card will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.

2. Digital Wallets: For a seamless checkout experience, we also support PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. When selecting either of these options, you will be redirected to the respective platform to complete your purchase. Upon successful payment, you will be navigated back to our site.

Ordering & Tracking

Where is my order confirmation?

Upon placing an order, a confirmation is promptly sent to your provided email address. If you don't receive this confirmation within 24 hours, we advise checking your spam or junk folders. If it's not there, please reach out to us at service@arkchu.com so we can assist further.

Why was my order canceled?

Orders are typically canceled due to stock issues or upon a customer's request. We sincerely apologize if your order was canceled due to an internal issue. In such cases, we'll suggest an alternative product and ensure a swift, full refund.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Arkchu believes in keeping you informed at every step. From order placement to dispatch and delivery, we'll send you updates. Your delivery confirmation email will contain a tracking reference, allowing you to monitor your order's progress online.

Where is my refund?

At Arkchu, we are committed to ensuring a smooth refund process for our customers. Here's what you can expect:

1. Processing Time: We process refunds within three business days once we receive the returned item.

2. Bank Processing: It's important to note that banks might require additional days to process the refund into your account.

3. Total Wait Time: Kindly allow up to ten working days from the day we receive the item that you send back to us before inquiring about the status of your refund.

4. Notification: We value transparency. Once your refund has been processed, we will notify you via email.

What is the return policy for my order?

Arkchu offers a 30-day return policy for your purchases. It's essential that items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Kindly note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer. To initiate a return, reach out to our dedicated customer service team at service@arkchu.com.

How do I return an item?

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at service@arkchu.com. If your return falls within our 30-day policy and meets our return standards, we'll send you a return note via email. Print this note and affix it to your item's packaging. Please ensure you secure appropriate packaging for the return, and note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
